Stormwater Management, Woodland Landscape Design-Development, Millbrook, NY

Originally hired to design a solution for erosion control and stormwater management, John Jay Landscape Development employed bioengineering techniques and biomimicry featuring native plant masses to create a beautifully sustainable landscape. Although sometimes considered invasive, the hay scented fern was purchased and installed as sod mats aggressively spread to provide the best short and long term performance.
